About Me

My name is Paola, I have had the fortune to be born and grow up in Tuscany, one of
the most beautiful Italian regions, and precisely in Siena where I still live with my family. Siena is a town full of art treasures and ancient traditions and I’ll be glad to show you,” through my own eyes”, the magic and the beauty of it.
I graduated from a school of languages and I’m qualified in Art and History of Siena
I’m a licensed tour leader in English and French and a professional driver, so I can drive you safely every where!

Siena is also Palio, the famous traditional horse race which takes place twice a year, on July 2nd and August 16th.

My Contrada, one of the 17 neighborhoods of Siena, is Chiocciola (Snail). It’s not easy to talk in a few words about the meaning to be part of a Contrada but I’d like to share with you the passion and the sense of appartenance we grow up with and which passes from generation to generation.

I’ve been President of the Chiocciola women’s group for 6 years and still collaborate and take part at the events all the year around.

The feeling I have is the pride to be part of a community which is my large family.
